HELLO HELLO!!! Hey me dear readers, i am so so sorry about my MIA for the past 3 weeks. I was so occupied with my studies and assignment. This is my final semester of Phase 1 in IMU Bukit Jalil, (nostalgia*) and we have plenty to study and lots of work to do. :(. Thank you for those who still follows my blog even when there is zero updates. I promise i'll do better in the future alright?

  So, i just finished my 60 pages community medicine report which took me almost 3 weeks to accomplish it!! Thank God it was ok. To celebrate our victorious accomplishment and to treat ourselves better, me and my girls plus Derek and Moi went to Shogun Japanese Buffet Restaurant, Solaris for a scrumptious buffet lunch. This was my first time trying Shogun and i'm quite satisfied with it!!

   Shogun is actually a branch under the Saisaki Japanese Restaurant Group. It is recognised as the 'Grandfather' of all Japanese buffet restaurants in Malaysia, started as early as 1999. Shogun was first set to open at 1 Utama. After its popular demand, Saisaki decided to open another one at Sunway Pyramid and it started spreading its influence all over the state of Selangor. The one that we visited is Shogun, Solaris, Mont Kiara which was founded in October, 2011.

   Shogun @ Soho, Solaris is actually very easy to spot. If you are travelling through Jalan Duta toll plaza, it is easily spotted at the side of the road and it is just next to the famous Publika. Shogun Japanese Buffet Restaurant is located on the first floor of Solaris, near Cold Storage and Block K. The moment we entered the building, we were immediately amazed by its spacious setting with mouth-watering food. Without hesitating, we went straight for sashimi, sushi and drinks. Besides Japanese cuisine, Shogun also provides some Korean, Chinese, Western and local cuisine as well. They use only the best and fresh ingredients to cater all the customers' cravings and preferences. Well, what can i say more about it but to show you some delicious photos? :)

   Overall, it's a very satisfying meal. The waiters were very attentive and the environment is perfect for group outings or celebration.
