Penang version:
1. By The Sea Boutique Cafe, 沿海地带生活馆 <--click me
For those who hate the traffic in Penang island, this is cafe at Raja Uda is the perfect location. Usually, i'll have a quick dinner at the famous TomYam stall there before heading to this cafe for desserts and drinks. It is a beach-themed cafe with relaxing ambiance, perfect for gathering with mates.
2. If you are a fan of historical buildings like me, i would recommend some unique heritage cafe in the island.
They are all different yet have the same passion for good food at an affordable price.
i) Pik Nik Cafe, Jalan Nagore
colorful interior, perfect for this summer outings. |
Remember to try their specialty: The Big Fish |
located on the same road as PikNik, famous for its signature love toast |
Must try: Signature Bagels |
Must do: Take a Mugshot of yourself! |
Well, if you are looking for some scrumptious and filling meal, this is the place to go. The glorious western-asian fusion cuisine will definitely wins your palate.
Their grilled salmon with sweet potato smoothis is THE BOMB. |
Girls, if you are craving for sugar and cream, and don't mind paying more, this is the place you ought to go. They are well known for their mile crepe and coffee. Located in the midst of busy street of banks, dining here will instantly bring you to the streets of New York, giving us the satisfaction of being a member of The Big Apple for just an afternoon.
I guess that's all for Penang edition, stay tuned for the Kuala Lumpur edition soon! Have a fantastic holiday ahead!! xoxo.
